The shipping charges we collect are freight charges. The custom duties/taxes is not a part of shipping charges and is usually decided by your local government. We have no control over the same.
Free shipping is only applicable to customers in India. If you purchase more than 400 rupees products, then free shipping will be provided. For customers outside India, the shipping charges are converted into local currency.
We use reputed couriers like Delhivery, Ecom Express, UPS based on the destination of delivery.
Only garments (along with price tags in their original packaging) are eligible for returns or exchange. All garments can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase but not returned. Since we keep limited inventory, we may not have all sizes available at all times. In such cases, we will return the amount paid for the particular item as a store credit in 24 hours. We do not provide refunds for any products once sold. Please note that if we have made a mistake from our end by sending you an incorrect product or garment size, we will return it to you with the correct product/ garment size.
In case a product ordered is damaged or has a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been delivered, we would request you to please take a photograph of the damaged product and contact our customer care service team at email@example.com within 24 hrs of receiving the order. Please keep all packaging material, original invoice intact. Customized products cannot be returned on the basis of measurement issues. It can only be altered according to your charges. We shall act on it within 48 hrs.

Please note that items can be returned only within 10 days from date of purchase.
Once you have returned an item, N N Enterprise will be running through an inspection of the garment. If in the case there has been any kind of damage been caused or if it is soiled, we will not be able to accept the return. However, if the garment is devoid of any damages, we will provide you with the amount paid for the garment in the form of store credit.
If we have made a mistake from our end by sending you an incorrect item, garment size or damaged item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. with a photograph of the garment. We will return it to you with the correct item/ garment size.
We strive to try and display the colors of the garment as accurately as possible on our website. However, we cannot give you a 100% guarantee that the colors of the garment will match the colors viewed on an electronic device. Take note that slight variations may occur in hand embroidered items.
All product prices for customers in India are inclusive of all taxes and duties. For customers overseas, all product prices (on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis) displayed are exclusive of all import duties.
